The first meeting is October 12th 2012 No matter what discipline you come come from, the forum will be relevant for you if you are using or interested in research methods inspired by the arts and sociology/anthropology, or working with artists to develop research data collection methods or research communication methods. The Forum will make it possible for researchers from all disciplines to meet at Cambridge University four times a year to share ideas, and get feedback from peers on ideas and developments of research projects where artistic or creative (re)presentations are used to explore humanistic elements of life. We have a year to demonstrate that there is a need for such a forum, so please come if at all possible for you to support the start of this initiative. We have to pay ourselves for the transport to Cambridge, and the lunch/teas, but there will be no other charges for attending the meeting.
