Hello All

 

I am looking for some advice on whether the EqA is likely to apply to a chap I saw who had a total knee replacement due to Osteo-arthritis, which he has had for a number of years. His surgery has been successful and his recovery so far has been uneventful and therefore he is aiming to return to work on a phased return the beginning of October. He is not on any medication or receiving any other treatment for it. His knee is slightly swollen and there is some stiffness as expected. He is walking with a stick to give him confidence at present. I would appreciate your comments.
