Thanks so far for the feedback and reassurance!! He now says he didnt ask the question. On looking at the referral form, he has not ticked the box; however what he has done is typed beside the question 'I dont think so'. Rightly or wrongly I responded and answered this question, and told him that by writing that, I interpreted it as that he wanted me to provide and answer. Oh am I glad its Friday!!
