The Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism in the Department of Politics and International Relations is looking to appoint a researcher on a comparative project on the "The Euro Crisis, Media Coverage, and Perceptions of Europe within the EU" This project is funded by a grant from the Fell Fund, University of Oxford. The project will examine how differences in coverage have affected perceptions of the crisis in Europe. This research post will be from 1 October 2012 to 31 August 2013. The post is available at 50% FTE. There may be the possibility of extension for one year for a suitably qualified candidate. Evidence of research and publications of international standing would be an advantage.
