Here in Surrey, we're in the process of revisiting the way that staff store and share digital files on a shared drive. We have folders for teams, and we have folders for projects, and we have folders for individuals, and we have folders for staff within a particular building, but no central folder accessible by all staff, and I feel we're lacking something. I'd like to hear from you if your service has a central folder. I'd like to know what you use it for, how you make sure it doesn't get out of control, and who has permissions to create or delete stuff from it.
