19 Jul 2012 ACCUCOMS has surveyed information specialists and institutions in the Middle East and North Africa and produced a current demographic and economic overview of the region. The results of the survey and the research have been collected in a white paper, 'Selling to libraries in the Middle East and North Africa', which is freely available via the ACCUMCOMS<http://www.accucoms.com/reports> website (http://www.accucoms.com/sites/default/files/reports/Selling-to-Libraries-in-the-Middle-East-and-North-Africa.pdf) The hope is that this white paper will help publishers to better serve their customers in the MENA region and improve customer experiences of the libraries in this region.
