We sent overdues via text messages, using a NHS.net email account. It’s really simple to use and costs nothing!
Kind regards,
Gary

Subject: FW: Using text messages to contact readers
Hello
It would be really helpful if anyone who uses text messages to contact readers about overdue books etc could get in touch. We are considering using texting and are interested in finding out other peoples’ experience of this.
Kindest regards
