ALISS (Association of Librarians and Information professionals in the Social Sciences). Are pleased to announce an opportunity to visit the library and archives of the Wallace Collection.

Wallace Collection is a national museum which displays materials collected in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries by the first four Marquesses of Hertford and Sir Richard Wallace. Its library reflects the holdings of the museum with strengths these include the history of collecting and collectors, art history, fine arts, arms and armour
The visit will incorporate a tour of the service and an opportunity to meet staff and here about their work.it will also be possible to view current exhibitions
The visit will last approximately 1.5

There is no charge for ALISS Members.
