While I am sure that EBSCO, ProQuest and Elsevier will all have faultless sessions and nothing will go wrong.... given past experience...... I understand you guys primarily serve the academic sector and August is a quiet period for you, I do worry about the prospect of a fair size of our paid for resources not being available all at the same time for those of us using them outside the academic arena....
