Dear Experts, I would like to know whether I have well-undersood the steps to compare a IC of interest using dual regression: for the two groups seperately 1. compute group analysis with TICA 2. run dual regression to get map 3. split dr_stage2_ subject.nii.gz 4. find the map of interest for each subject 5. collect these maps in a 4D file 6. create a 4D file = groupe 1 + groupe 7. run dual regression 8; comparison = dr_stage_3 ?
