Hi,
I'm afraid that you cannot simply import other segmentations into the existing shape analysis tools.
However, it would be possible to try and use these to perform a DBM analysis using fnirt to register the segmentations together (using one as a reference or forming a template from all iteratively). The DBM can then be done by taking the log of the Jacobians and running them through randomise.
