if you need to reduce something the best thing is to decrease the number of streamlines per voxel, so the -P option
Hi, I've read the options in probtrackx have been carefully chosen. But if I can allow my self to sacrifice execution time for having more reliable results. Shall I use some other value for -P, -S,-c or --steplenght? Any of those depend on the size of my voxels? In what way?
