Heya, I'd like to manually calculate % signal change as described in Jeanette Mumford's write up. Just a little uncertainty: I see featquery is extracting values in subject space (1st level). It would be though more convenient to do this in standard space (no need for inversion of warp files etc), using the data in reg_standard. Are there any objections doing this in standard space? I'd assume interpolation errors can occur both ways.... Thanks very much in advance, Torsten
