Hi Catherine,

Is the dual/scripts+logs directory in a removable drive? Or perhaps a network drive? A Windows partition? Check whether they have been mounted with the "noexec" flag (in Linux, just type 'cat /etc/mtab' and look for the "noexec" flag in the line that corresponds to your disk drive).

If you have this option set, you may need to unmount the volume, then mount it again without this option. If this unit is in your /etc/fstab, remove the "noexec" flag from there.

Dear All,

When I ran dual regression, I encountered a problem...after "sorting maps and running randomise" it stopped ..

I checked the scripts and logs...and found the following error:

/bin/sh: dual/scripts+logs/drB: /bin/sh: bad interpreter: Permission denied

drC.e30758.1

** ERROR (nifti_image_read): failed to find header file for 'dual/mask'

** ERROR: nifti_image_open(dual/mask): bad header info

ERROR: failed to open file dual/mask

ERROR: Could not open image dual/mask

However, all subjects' masks were created successfully....

Anyone know how to solve this issue?
