The link is taking a long time to download - everybody must be looking at it - I'll check it later. Actually it has now opened and it looks like one has to be part of the system to read it. I'm not impressed with that - transparency should always be the principle I think.

Does anyone know if what is in there applies to the devolved NHS in Wales/Scotland/NI?
