Hi Wayne,

I put them onto new ShiftLists, that solved the problem.
Thanks a lot!

Hello,

It seems to work ok for me.  It should be the Experiments>Spectra/Tolerances/Assignment Tolerance cell that has the effect.  It's the tolerance of the spectrum that is being assigned, not the one that is assigned, that is used (that's not obvious but I'm not sure the other way around would be any more obvious).

Note that if the two experiments have different shift lists (and quite possibly that is really what you want) then it should just propagate the assignments without worrying about the tolerances.

In some case the assignment is not propagated, I assume there must be a threshold for that, but I do not find it. The Assignment Tolerances in Experiments>Spectra/Tolerances/Dim Assign Tolerances do not seem to effect, neither does the Copy Assignments/Dist Threshold. I also did not find anything in mailing list nor in the documentation. Could you tell where I can set that threshold?
