Hi, one of our PhD students has been having difficulty opening an Analysis file she saved yesterday. The error message she gets says "Project invalid, please quit, fix and restart; Linked-to object with ID not found: <ccp.molecule.MolSystem.Chain ['deslink','A']>:molecule:deslink_penny_2012-07-04-15-18-48-863_00001" I've tried loading the backup .bak file and it didn't work, nor did using any previous saves. Any idea what could be wrong? Thank you, Claudia
