Very good.
CV 3.5% at 11umol/L
1.2% at 83umol/L
Good performance in WEQAS

Downside:
You need to calibrate every time reagent is loaded onto the analyser.
Only 24 tests in one reagent load including calibration

The only other problem is that possible to add the solid reagent to the wrong bottle.

Subject: Bile acids assay on Architect

Dear colleagues,

We are thinking of introducing a bile acids assay using
the Abbott Architect platform. Could anyone share his/her
experience of the Sentinel assay on Architect please. We
had some problems with Sentinel assays in the past and
would like to hear what other people think of the
Sentinel's bile acids assay.

Thanks in advance.
