Hello In running preprocessing batch files in SPM8 with fMRI data, I noticed some odd distortions to the T1 shape in the final output from the batch. I have attached a couple of examples, and also an example of the batch file (it uses indirect normalization). I'd appreciate any thoughts on what might be causing these distortions (the original T1 images are not distorted), and how to fix the issue. Thanks Gillinder Bedi, D.Psych.
