Hello all, I am rather new to SPM, so I'm sorry if my question is not very sophisticated, but I was wondering how one can find coordinates of the voxel with highest intensity within given ROI? There is no activation, so I can use SPM result viewer for that. I just would like to see which voxel within given region of selected raw image has highest intensity. Thank you all in advance!
