Hello, I gather from previous discussion in the list <https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=ind0812&L=spm&P=R20822&1=spm&9=A&J=on&d=No+Match%3BMatch%3BMatches&z=4> that the beta values in the beta*.img files ouput by SPM are unstandardized coefficients. Does anyone know of any way to transform these unstandardized coefficients into standardized ones? According to the standardized coefficient formula <http://wps.prenhall.com/wps/media/objects/2497/2557809/MEDIA/Ch4/12-4.html>, this transformation requires the sums of squared deviations for the predictor and the criterion variable, but I have no idea if the GLM procedure outputs this information and, if it does, how it can be retrieved. Any help is appreciated. Sincerely, Juan Manuel Contreras -- http://www.wjh.harvard.edu/~jmcontre/ http://www.wjh.harvard.edu/~jmcontre/espanol.html
