I am using SPM to analyse functional ASL data, and I wanted to confirm a couple of points:
1. With ASL data (2D acquisition of 9 slices), does it make sense to use slice timing correction?
2. When the model asks for TR in the design and slice timing (and TA, in the slice timing correction), given that ASL scans are computed from differences between pairs of scans, must these parameters be multiplied by 2?
