Hello SPMers, I did coregistration using SPM8 where I used anatomy for reference image and all the EPIs as source images. However, coregistration appeared to fail completely. In particular, I can see that the z- dimension is quite off between the anatomical and EPI. I set the origin near AC-PC line for both anatomy and EPI before coregistration, but it didn't seem to help much... Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Glen
