Hi all Taking into account that I understand that the only person who can comment definitively is a tribunal judge can I ask whether any one has any specific experience on whether Tribunals are finicky about the wording we use. Would tribunal's accept: *In my opinon Mr X is covered by the Equality Act in relation to his back pain*... so still having the "in my opinion" as a caveat but not having likely/unlikely? With thanks Carr ******************************** Please remove this footer before replying.
