of celebrating the Jubilee? Sick of
the Olympics? The Branch and Mobile Libraries Group return
us to sanity and normality with a September slot for this year’s meeting
of the best and brightest library vehicles from around the

aim this year is for everyone who attends to get the most out of the training
we are offering at this conference through a series of workshops, enabling
participants to bring back concrete ideas and practical solutions which will be
of real value for library services facing some of the greatest challenges for 50
years.

will also be making our usual awards including the Mobile Library Champion of the Year for the
person who has gone that extra mile for their customers. (Look out for
details of this to follow and on our website soon)
Don’t
forget if you send a mobile library to the meeting, vehicle and
driver go for free. This is a
chance to show off what you do well and to garner ideas from everyone else.
