Dear All,

We are in the process of updating a few of our circulation procedures
including the late fees we charge overdue users. Before making any big
changes I thought I'd see what was charged/not charged for overdue items
in other NHS libraries.

It would be really useful if you have time if you could let me know the
following:

*	Do you change fines at all?
*	If so, how much do you charge per day?
*	Do you have different loan types with different fees?
*	Do you have a limit or maximum amount a borrower can accrue in
fines before their account is blocked?

Thank-you
Best wishes,

Alex
