Dear All, We are in the process of updating a few of our circulation procedures including the late fees we charge overdue users. Before making any big changes I thought I'd see what was charged/not charged for overdue items in other NHS libraries. It would be really useful if you have time if you could let me know the following: * Do you change fines at all? * If so, how much do you charge per day? * Do you have different loan types with different fees? * Do you have a limit or maximum amount a borrower can accrue in fines before their account is blocked? Thank-you Best wishes, Alex Alexandra Kean Library Services Manager Ferriman Information and Library Service North Middlesex University Hospital, Sterling Way, London N18 1QX Tel: 0208 887 2000 x 2223 | Internal Ext: 2223 email: [log in to unmask] ******************************************************************************************************** This E-mail is confidential and is intended solely for the person or Entity to whom it is addressed.
