I am trying to understand the output of featquery. I am querying a second level analysis specifically the following: (/Users/eric/Desktop/AvatarRound2/Outputs/SecondLevelOLS.gfeat/cope15.feat/stats), with 7 subjects. When I click on the hyperlink for stats/tstat1 I get the following: 63.7742 -77.0186 -201.706 320.753 666.076 188.385 -96.9344 These numbers are NOT t-stats, thought they are coming from a file called max_tstat1_ts.txt. My maximum t-stat is around 5 or 6 across all full brain images of all seven subjects. So what are these numbers? Any help would be appreciated.
