Hi Saad, Why is option 2 adding the two runs where seed and waypoint are swapped? I understand that it might be because both runs have slightly different results. Is this difference purely due to the random number generator or Does it mean that probtrackx is sensitive to the direction of tracking or fiber direction? If so, I am wondering if it can used to differentiate efferent(pathways leading away) and afferent (pathways leading to the cortex). BW Jay
