Many thanks for your explanation...I am going to use this argument instead of -omatrix3 and --target3...
Just two more things:
1. The reason why it should be better use --omatrix1 instead of --omatrix3 and target3 is because of the number of seeds....I am right?
2. About --usef argument, I have been reading about the use of "local curvature threshold 80º instead of using fractional anysotropy threshold, but I was surprised when I saw this parameter to constrain tracking...could you explain me this?
