Hi,
Thanks, Mark. I saw the other peaks of other clusters. But I am not sure how FSL define the cluster in the same "cluster index".BTW, which demand is for ROI extraction if I want to get some area/label from AAL or other Atlas? I just found some introduction of mask drawn in FSLView. I think there should be an easy way to do it if I just want to get some common areas. Thanks again.MingxiaOn Wed, Jul 11, 2012 at 10:57 PM, Mark Jenkinson <[log in to unmask]> wrote:
Hi,You should get a table of local maxima in the FEAT report underneath the main cluster table (when you click on the activation image). The other peaks should be present there. Alternatively, you could use the "Pre-threshold masking" option and run post-stats again in FEAT for individual ROIs.All the best,MarkOn 12 Jul 2012, at 06:45, zhang mingxia wrote:Thanks, Chrisrine. But I think I should get the result from the whole brain, because I need several ROIs (I am not sure if I need to do several times with different ROI?).On Wed, Jul 11, 2012 at 9:37 PM, Christine Zakrzewski <[log in to unmask]> wrote:
You should be able to get the peak activated cluster in the FFA (fusiform face area), if you define it as a ROI in the image.

Hi Every One,Usually, we can get the peak of every significant activated cluster in the whole brain. How can I limit it to some specific areas? For example, in some tasks, the peak in one cluster may be in inferior occipital gyrus. This cluster is wide to extend to fusiform gyrus. How can I get the peak in fusiform gyrus? Thanks in advance.Mingxia
