There was some discussion on the list a few weeks ago about Norwich Pharmacal Orders. The UK Supreme Court Blog (not the official one, but one run by Matrix Chambers and Olswang) has an interesting case summary of RFU v Viagogo where DPA has been pleaded as a bar to disclosure under the Norwich Pharmacal principles (specifically, whether disclosure of the identities of people who re-sold Rugby tickets in breach of conditions would be necessary and proportionate, taking into account DP principles).

I don't think a date has been announced yet for when judgment will be handed down, but it's worth watching out for.
