The boixos nois are the 'crazy boys', the hard core Barca supporters with a reputation and a taste for violence - interestingly they have a facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/pages/Boixos-Nois-FCBarcelona/107705039262779). Caps Rapats (skinheads) were/are the right-wing skinhead groups who intermingled with the boixos nois and were anti-gypsy, anti-migrant racists. When I lived there just before the '92 Olympics homeless people were being targeted and killed by these groups, provoking some massive demonstrations.. Quan viví Barcelona entre 1991 i 1992 gaudi la vida polític, especialment les manifestacions contra racisme, boixos nois i caps rapats - la ciutat tenia una atmosfera vibrant i viu.
