Thanks for spotting this James – it couldn’t be worse,  it’s flagrant deception!

We must demand the BBC apologise and print the full Muller temperature record graph.

Hi Mohamed and all,

I complained here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/newswatch/ukfs/hi/newsid_4030000/newsid_4032600/4032695.stm

I don't have a copy of my written complaint, the gist of which was that it was misleading of the BBC to illustrate an article with a small segment of the graph.

Since my complaint I've noted some new material appear on the web page which adds insult to injury.  The end of the article now has a link to WUWT - the climate change denial site run by ex weatherman Anthony Watts.  Once again, the BBC are 'balancing' their reporting by presenting the opinions of bloggers and the politically motivated as equal to those of scientists.

This 'balance' has been beautifully satirised by Bill Maher here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2f6Z0_HMLo8

Best wishes,

James
