The second and third links worked fine. And accessing the PDF via a link the organisation, it opened straight away. Bizarre. I recently tested this for someone and below are the samples I sent which you can try to show that it works - Of course it does mean that anything you don't want public access to through these links will need appropriate item settings. OR create a URL (again for use in marketing outside Blackboard) that that can be used to link/re-direct people straight into the organisation on login. Many thanks for any advice.
