Subject:        OCS order monitoring
 
Has anybody collected data on the number of electronic orders created for which no samples are received in the laboratory? We could really use some benchmarking data before we go live with our new OCS.
 
Also - what, if any, procedures do people have in place to monitor this on a routine basis?
