Hi, We are doing VBM analysis on 30 or so subjects (split into 3 groups), each with a scan at two time points. For each subject, we are uploading the two T1 scans into a single session in the longitudinal batch, and the default outputs are normalized GM and WM segmentations (without modulation). For statistical analysis of a single subject over time, it would seem to make sense that we won't need modulated data. However, when we do statistical analysis as described in the VBM8-toolbox manual with multiple groups of subjects and multiple time points, would we then need to output modulated data from the longitudinal pre-processing batch? Thanks for the help!
