Hi all,<div><br></div><div>This is kind of a rudimentary questions, but I thought I would ask. After preprocessing my imaging data, I checked my mask and it seemed bad. The mask appeared smaller than the other subjects&#39; and not shaped correctly. Is there a way to fix this? Does anyone have any suggestions for resources I could utilize to check the quality of my data and fix bad scans/outliers?</div>
