The issue with role models is that you need a diverse group so that all the different personality types see that they can do it and it is not the province of one specific type.

It is SO astonishingly crap, I almost wonder if it's deliberately ironic? I feel a bit for them, as I see what they were trying to do, but boy did they get it wrong!!
