Hi Everyone,
So many excellent ideas. I've read up on the time management advice and
began the week with an urgent/important matrix - paid more attention to
prioritising things in order of importance and not what was urgent for someone
else. So far it's made an improvement, but there's a way to go.
Changes that I've made so far in the last few months have been to creat a "drop-in"
service for non work related issues such as BP checks. It has reduced the
traffic greatly.
Now just to be "ok" with remaining firm and protecting my admin time despite the pressure to
see people at short notice.
Notebook and pen in hand now to write down some more of your great
organisational ideas and hopefully put into practice.
