Please can we publicise the following event.

The University of Bolton are hosting a regional postgraduate event, funded by the BSA.

Engaging People in Research
Thursday 13th September
9.30am to 4pm

Key Note speakers are confirmed as:
Professor Carole Truman discussing innovative methods for expanding Public Health Research capacity; and
Dr Shirlene Badger discussing recruitmentology

The event will discuss the challenges and opportunities of seeing people as more than research subjects and actively engaging them in research. We believe all social science research involves people in some way, come along and join the debate.

While the sessions will mainly focus on health, we welcome participants from all disciplines to share there opinions and views.

Abstract submission is now open, with the deadline extended to Tuesday 31st July.

To book a place or submit an abstract go to http://www.britsoc.co.uk/events/postgrad.aspx
