For our second next Culture24 'Let's get Real' conference that I am planning now (drawing in the best and worst bits of the session I chaired with Seb Chan at Museums and Web that Mia refers to), we will be looking at exactly this and more.

Like the closing plenary of this year's Museums and the Web conference? I'd love to have been there for it as people didn't blog or tweet it, though I can completely understand why it was held under Chatham House rules.
