Hi all I reported this to HDAS last week but they haven't resolved it as yet. I noticed it because when I reported it the most recent article, which was at the top of the screen print I sent, hadn't actually downloaded to my results. I also tested it by trying to download to endnote instead- there were definitely results mising. I've just been searching in Medline, in the HDAS version I search the term EPI-NO in the title and abstract, no mapping (it's a birth training device so use other terms to map) using HDAS and get 18 hits, I do the same in OVID and get zero hits! Another new feature is that when you are in the clipboard you need to select the number of items on the page from a dropdown list, maximum being 50 and then only have the choice of selecting or deselecting all on page rather than all results if they exceed 50. This could also lead to losing results. Given that HDAS is so unstable I have stopped going through results on screen, preferring to select all, save as a Word document and then go through them. Two searches in the past week I have noticed that it failed to save a handful of the oldest (having put them in date order), only saving up to a certain point. In today's search one of those it didn't save was the only relevant case study available on the topic and I nearly missed it! Came across it later in Google, went back to HDAS where it is indexed and it was found in my search but didn't save in the results list.
