AGM

Just a reminder that the FIL AGM will take place 26th June 2012 at the Charles Hastings Building, City Campus, University of Worcester at 1.45pm. The event is expected to last no more than 30 minutes and is open to all interested parties, not just conference delegates.

Committee Membership

There are a number of vacancies on the FIL Committee due to members standing down and as such the Committee especially welcomes approaches from personal and institutional members wishing to stand for election. The current Committee comprises interlending staff from all levels of seniority and experience, as well as observers from CONARLS, the British Library and IFLA and is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about interlending and document supply.

Committee members serve for two years (and may be re-nominated for a further two years beyond this point if wished). All travel and expenses related to attending FIL Committee meetings are covered by the organisation.

Committee Nominations

To stand for election to the Committee please complete the nomination papers below and return to the Chair at the address below no later than 5pm Friday 22^nd June (or 1pm on Tuesday 26^th June in person at the conference).
