Forestry Analyst with GIS - London - Perm or Contract Responsibilities - Contribute to the complete project delivery process, including collation and analysis of data, market and industry research, technology and management analysis, solution design, implementation planning and realisation. - Support the engagement manager and/or client relationship manager. - Support knowledge management and develop delivery solutions. - Successful candidates will also be involved in the sales process. Requirements - Candidates must have at least one to two years working experience in the forest industry sector. - Knowledge of the global fast-growing plantation forest sector - Fluency in English is essential and a second language such as French, Spanish, or Portuguese is advantageous. - A high degree of analytical, numerical and statistical skills. - Educated to degree level (Forest Industry related degree). - Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and GIS (ArcView) - Strong written and oral communication skills. - Presentation and facilitation skills. - Flexibility to travel and work abroad. - Willingness to work in a variety of different roles and across sectors. - EU citizen or have a valid UK work permit.
