Dear All
Does anyone know who is responsible for the public liability insurance, when an event is run by a volunteer to raise money for the organisation, but the participants have to pay to take part? I should also say that the event is not related to the core work of the organisation.
Basically is the host organisation’s general public liability insurance valid for this type of event?
