Hi The Whitworth Art Gallery, at the University of Manchester was recently jointly awarded the Clore Award for Museum Learning for its partnership work with early years and now invites applications for the post of Early Years Coordinator. https://www.jobs.manchester.ac.uk/DisplayJob.aspx?pageno=2&htmlpage=JobDisplay&Jobid=19310&txtKeywords=&chkCategory=&lstRegion=&chkSalary=&chksubject=&optMatch=Any&clientid=73&AttachedSAF=0 As part of the Learning and Engagement team, you will develop and coordinate Early Years learning and engagement programmes, resources and partnerships at the gallery. You will also sustain and develop partnerships with key Early Years providers and children’s services and agencies. With significant experience of working in early years education and recent experience working in/with a cultural setting and/or gallery / museum education you will have a demonstrable knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage, child development, current research, policy and good practice in early years provision.
