Hi - no, the recommendation for getting isotropic voxels is at the time of acquisition; if you didn't get that,  then in general don't resample your data, just feed it in as is into TBSS / tractography.

although I set up in my scanner recipe my voxel size to 2x2x2.2 mm dimension. i realized that my voxel dimension is actually 1x1x2.2 mm.
reading that the cubic voxel is better. should i resample my images to 2x2x2.2?, thus loosing half of my axial resolution., or process as is.
