Hi Gayane,

To restrict your analysis and do FWE correction within a region, you can supply your ROI mask when running randomise. See the option -m.

Also, you don't need to call this "SVC", which might suggest inference based on the random field theory, from where this term originated. Instead, you may simply state that you constrained your hypothesis to certain anatomical regions based on previous knowledge or well-defined hypothesis (and of course, not as a way to make results look significant when they aren't otherwise).

I've done TFCE type analysis with some nice results with uncorrected p<0.001. Next, I'd like to do small volume correction within anatomical ROI but can't find any instructions how to do it. For example, I'm interested in primary motor and premotor areas, how should I define ROI and apply multiple comparison?
