See the option -m. Also, you don't need to call this "SVC", which might suggest inference based on the random field theory, from where this term originated. Instead, you may simply state that you constrained your hypothesis to certain anatomical regions based on previous knowledge or well-defined hypothesis (and of course, not as a way to make results look significant when they aren't otherwise).
