Hello, I am using probtrackx to track the fibers in corpus callosum with default parameter settings. when i draw a single roi in the mid sagittal plane so that it covers the entire corpus callosum, i see that it shows connectivity to almost entire brain (fibers connecting to 3/4th of the entire brain). I would normally expect to see the thick U shaped bundle connecting both the left and right hemispheres. How do i interpret these huge number of fibers tracked using PROBTRACKX? BW Jay
