FSL Experts,(I assume this has already been documented, but I'm having trouble finding instructions in the archives).I am trying to make an ROI mask. I used the HarvardOxford atlas and fslmaths to select the area and turn the rest of the map to zero, then binarized the mask. However, when I try to use this mask in featquery, it's not allowed. Is there some transformation I need to make before the mask will be usable?Thank you in advance for your help!-Joe
